Dr. Otto Octavius was a genius-level scientist and researcher at the U.S. Atomic Research Center before a terrible accident fused his mechanical tentacles to his spine. This accident allows him to control the tentacles through his mind alone, but has also rendered him insane! Help Spider-Man put a stop to his megalomaniacal plans before he destroys all of New York!
